Super yummy. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond. Burrito was perfect with tons of that addictive sweet pork. My hubby and I split the burrito.

Josh (I think that was his name) custom made some good for me. I couldn't decide between two entrees. He was kind, respectful, and efficient. The food was well prepared and in a timely manner. I was on a short and timed lunch break. His Co workers are kind and friendly as well.

Horrible service today. I go here a lot and usually satisfied. I mean I usually get something wrong but not a huge deal but now it’s getting bad. First we called in to order a pick up and the kid on the phone kept saying I don’t know because I just wipe tables. He didn’t know a lot and We asked if he could figure it out so we can make sure we get what we ordered. So hanging up we were very curious if our order would be correct. At the window for pickup we have the window worker read off everything to ensure the order was correct. Take the food home and sure enough once again without fail our order is not right. We paid for extras we didn’t get. It’s time for us to head over to Cafe Rio because I’m tired of playing this game.

Ordered pick-up and they had it ready early (unlike every other location we've done that for). Food was good as expected. Also, they have a drive thru here, which is a plus.

Costa vida is always a go to! I’m obsessed with their grilled chicken raspberry vinaigrette salad. It’s always been good! Also they have the best queso!

The service was friendly, helpful, and quick. I ordered a Baja bowl with raspberry chicken, and it was delicious—I wasn’t sure if I would like the raspberry sauce with the cheese, but it ended up being a unique and tasty combination! It was a great choice for a summer picnic treat. #ifthx

Very good cafeteria style, my wife really like the sweet pork salad, but there is also burritos, enchiladas, tacos, etc large or small with chicken or beef also kids menu prices range 6.99- 10.00 for meals sides are less.

They have great food and options for many different diets. I recently had to switch to a gluten free diet, and I really have enjoyed the corn tortillas! This Costa vida in Spanish Fork was very clean and organized. They are doing a great job at social distancing and keeping people safe.

The employees always makes you feel welcome and important even if the restaurant is packed. Great food and prices. Recommended as a nice place to grab a bite to eat!

We eat at this location regularly and it’s usually pretty decent. We have been doing the drive through routine for a while now and it’s been working fine. We ordered two meals tonight and two drinks. We got home with our food and one of the drinks was root beer instead of Diet Coke and one of the meals was supposed to be a shredded pork nachos and had no meat on it. I called to speak to a manager, and the phone just rings. Nobody is answering any of the lines. Being a business owner I want to know when my employees aren’t performing up to standards so that I can fix those customer service issues. I guess this location isn’t interested in taking care of the customer. Extremely disappointed tonight.

Usually I have a good experience but I got a salad or should I say half my salad..... there was nothing on this dang thing. I basically paid $9 for a cup of lettuce. Not impressed.

Very epic restaurant! I find it to be a victory royale in every way. The food was an epic win, and the chefs made it in record time. The World Cup seems not too far away with a restaurant like this taking such a big dub. My only issue with the place is that they don’t sell gift cards for a popular online activities like fortnight. That’s not an epic dub, but what can you do.

We use to enjoy this place as a family but the last few times have been ridiculous. Last week I went through asked for extra chicken on my grilled chicken salad paid for it and didn't get it. That's fine people make mistakes right.... well it happened again a second time. OK, Well people do make mistakes again Maybe the place is under new management? Will let the 2nd time go. Well tonight for the 3rd time in 2 weeks I was very clear explaining that it had allready happened 2 other times and if they could please add extra chicken it would be very appreciated. Ordered 4 kids meals Chicken quesadillas and guess what... no chicken at all, and i ordered extra chicken on my grilled chicken salad and I counted 5 tiny pieces in the whole thing. Sick joke or the Costa Vida in Spanish Fork has stopped caring about their customers.

It’s costa vida, it’s good, the staff is friendly and you typically leave with no complaints. A fairly good meal, huge portion sizes, and a full belly. 👌

Service is always fast and friendly!! My order is always right and the food is always fresh. I don’t know how they do it! I visited at lunchtime today (1pm) Cashier today was smiling and really nice. You could tell even through a mask

This is one of my all time favorite places! The team was very friendly, restaurant was clean and my food was AMAZING!

The atmosphere was open and interesting, especially with the water bubble wall we say next to, nice touch. The servers were brief with us, but I found that fine, and the food tasted great. I might adjust their menu to more clearly define the options available to make more decisions ahead of time, but other than that, very good place. They have plenty of seating, options for pairs and a few wall seats that are close enough for large groups.

It's always consistently yummy, and easily affordable, especially if you live off of the daily special. My wife always gets the sweet pork salad, I always get a beef or sweet pork burrito, and it's definitely always amazing, and filling. These are big kid burritos.

They're our family's favorite. We go here all the time and are rarely disappointed.

We went on Friday May 1st and our app wouldn’t work so we had to wait outside to order. That wasn’t even the worst part, after ordering our food we had to wait 30 minutes for it to be brought to our car. We were all very hangry and had no idea it would take that long to receive our food. If they would have told us it was going to be that long of a wait we would have gone somewhere else. We have been to costa vida a million times before, but we will not be returning until the dine-in option is back.

Spanish fork drive through ... Only a small dab of pork on burrito. (Pork is the less expensive meat.?!) Rushed me through and everything was stirred up on three orders like they dropped the bag. I was only one in line

I don't know if they have a lot of new people working here or what but every time we come through the drive thru, we end up repeating ourselves at least 5 times before the team member gets our order right. And when we get our food, it's always COLD. Also, as far as I know, there is not a vegetable shortage across the nation so I don't understand why I only get a few pieces of lettuce and barely a scoop of pico. Never really gotten good food or service a this location and we will not be returning.

This location is always speedy and accommodating. The employees are very friendly! I love that you can customize it to fit right in to a low carb diet! I ask for no tortilla, rice, beans, or tortilla strips - then add fresh grilled veggies to the grilled chicken. YUM!

I love the food it's the best but because they are doing the food in the parking lot instead of inside we had to go back over 2 extra times to get it right. But it was very good once we got it.

I’ve driven past this place for 3 years and finally decided to stop in and give it a try. I’ve been missing out! I ordered the chicken salad with ranch. They place a freshly made tortilla on the bottom, you choose your kind of beans (I got the black beans) then they add the salad, and you pick your dressing. The chicken tasted freshly grilled so I didn’t feel like I was eating at a greasy fast food place. For my drink they had fresh limeade and it was really good as well. One last thing you should know about this place is the portions are HUGE. I am a big eater and even I couldn’t eat the whole thing! Very clean and friendly service!

Food was good & exactly how I ordered. I was a little disappointed in the curbside pick up experience but it was okay.

I love costa vida but several times after tasting an order I've got at this location the burrito tasted terrible and inedible. They have tasted more akin to a plain raw union.

My favorite place for lunch or dinner. Awesome friendly service, clean and amazing food. Good prices too.

I like the food and the prompt service. I only had 1 issue with the place. I ordered off the $6.95 menu, a bowl meal, and was charged $8.95 for it. I don't know if the prices have changed, but if they have, it should be noted on the menu. I just think if I was charged the$8 amount, I should have received as much food a my wife had from that price menu.

Got home with a ladybug on my tomato and in my salad. Paid cash in the drive through and said no to change and receipt because of covid. Called manager and they said they could not refund salad without receipt. Thanks for the exceptional customer service at this time.
